Use this form if you own, manage, live at or are otherwise connected to a property on our map and want something removed or corrected. Every request is read by a person.

What happens next

You'll get a reference number straight away.
We acknowledge requests within 5 working days, and may take a pin down while we review it.
Data protection requests (objecting, deletion, access) are answered within one month. If we need proof of identity or more information, that month starts when we receive it.
Every pin is published only after we've checked evidence. We weigh your evidence against ours and tell you our decision and reasons.
If we keep a pin up, we'll explain why, and you can complain to the ICO.
